Bring Your Ideas Together

All great ideas, theories, articles, novels or screenplays, start as disparate nuggets of inspiration, sawn together with sweat and frustration to create that seamless and clear concept.

With Qu-s, using "Stickies" like notes that have the facility of creating, numbered lists, check boxes or bullet points, you can structure your ideas, and develop and explore how these strands of inspiration come together, to achieve your end objective.

Link And Add External Content To Your Notes

Qu-s allows you to explore and expand on your ideas by combining your content with either, files on your disk, or resources on the internet. Additionally you can link a note to Mail messages, relating to a person or an ongoing thread of correspondences.

Tie your notes to files, internet pages, and Mail Messages.

In Qu-s you can add files, web pages and Mail messages to your notes.

All internet links are automatically converted to webarchive files so that you will never lose the information that you have found, even if it is changed or removed at the source.

When you add a mail message to a note, it will get copied to Qu-s project file and hence will be available to you even if you move your Qu-s project to another machine. Qu-s by allowing you to link the same message to different notes gives you the flexibility of relating an email to number of subjects or tasks.

How I am using Qu-s:
My favourite use for Qu-s is for keyboard shortcuts I'm trying to memorize. When I get a new program or assign a keyboard shortcut to an oft-repeated command it takes a couple of weeks before the shortcut is committed to muscle memory. Qu-s is ideal for keeping those useful nuggets in front of me without using valuable screen real estate or computing resources.

Everyday use from task management to project management. It has become an indispensable tool!

I cannot conceive of a better investment than Qu-s. This software has provided me a means to become more effective and successful. Daily tasks come in all shapes and sizes, yet most have common characteristics that can be addressed with the techniques found within this application... This reminds us the simplest ideas are often the most effective.

How I am using Qu-s:
I am constantly receiving emails, documents, photos and searching the internet for resources. Qu-s helps me organize these items into an visual format that I can reference at a glance. Before Qu-s I had to do this all with clipboards that hung on my office wall.

How I am using Qu-s:
I use Qu-s to keep snippets of information, quotes, and reminders in front of me as I'm working. The genius feature is its ability to merge notes with your desktop, so reminders are always around when I need reminding. On top of that, Qu-s is well designed and visually appealing, which makes all the difference if it's around all the time.

How I am using Qu-s:
I inspect electrical and safety systems on offshore oil rigs around the world. I use Qu-s to layout my work scope, collect photos and electronic documentation from the rig and then provide checklists and reports for my clients. I love the app and use it every day I am on the job. Your software along with OmniOutliner form OmniGroup has made me much more productive than I was before I found you. I show it off to all of my colleagues. Keep up the good work!.

How I am using Qu-s:
Qu-s is especially helpful to me during meetings. It is a quick, user-friendly tool for listing issues I need to discuss and taking notes during meetings. I use it as a brainstorming tool at other times by setting up projects and making entries as they come to mind.

How I am using Qu-s:
I usually have a half dozen or more projects underway. It's important to me that the projects are kept separate (of course) and also that they are "visible". Qu-s allows me to achieve both aims at the same time. The projects are differently color-coded and literally separate on the desktop. And because they are visible on the desktop, I am always reminded of project status. I can easily grab a project and drag it from my secondary display (where all my projects reside) to my main display. I am also a fan of "attractive" applications and Qu-s certainly qualifies in that regard; the various project notes are easy on the eye. This is an app that cleverly integrates a number of functions I need in order to organize and display the state of the projects I am engaged in.

How I am using Qu-s:
I use Qu-s everyday for personal and business. It's great for just jotting down quick notes when I\'m on the phone. But I find it very powerful when researching a new project or idea because I always do my research on the internet and Qu-s helps me organinze my web search sites, notes, and ideas. Everything is in one place and I can get back to the websites I need quickly and easily.
